    SHould have worked..I guess recover with original bios..Have you tried that?

    Did you flash from DOS..not windows?

    The only I could do is to get .ROM and .HDR from it, but still nothing agrees to open them. Well, I have to wait for some new ideas from our chineese friends :)

    I try this with Windows Vista Ultimate x64 with Service Pack 1, flashed with ASUSUpdate V7.13.05, and it runs OK, the OS remains activated. Many thanks.

    Sorry Petar, didn't try your solution after all those warnings.

    The one supplied by Inge001 is working fine, no problems.
