Also working here too! Have you noticed that the F11 and F12 options have disappeared in BIOS setup (F11 = Save CMOS to BIOS, F12 = Load CMOS from BIOS)? Also I can no longer find where to set the memory mode to Ganged as opposed to the current un-ganged. Any help would be highly appreciated. solracna

It is the EXACT same version as downloaded from Asus. Just renamed the file. Like Medic/Zort suggested try with /X switch and report back. Use Medic's version of the mod bios with the /X switch. Report back please
Hi again. I managed to reflash the original 1702 with afudos using /n switch only (afuwin wouldn't run (said this bios was not supporting afu). After that I successfully flashed 911medic's SLIC1702 and it's all activated now! Thanks so much guys for your efforts!
Sorry for the fuss. I'm glad your activated . I would suggest subsequent flashes with just the new bios and no switches. Just my opinion. You can also try EZFlash. Stay away from the AFUWIN..not good IMO Thanks for the feedback!!
