Your board has dual BIOS, you should be able to recover from the backup bios. Please check your manual.
Hi pirat, you mean from the first mod that had a bios error? Like p4spooky said your motherboard has dualbios. Try unplugging the hard drive power to reduce wear and tear on it, then turn the computer off and on and see if the dualbios function kicks in. (Try several times if needed.) If it doesn't complete the post attempt it may realize it needs to restore. There also may be a way to trigger it by shorting the right pins but you'll need to research which ones those are. If you can't get dualbios to work you may have to send it to Gigabyte.
Atlantis, here's a new one for you to try. - Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Gigabyte GA-M720-US3 - Bios revision: F3F - BIOS Type : Award SLP added: Asus,HP SLIC added: Asus Edit: link removed, didn't work. Method used: 0+2, oem7 at end
It can't be modded because it's Insyde bios. But it doesn't hurt to run Everest to see if there's a slic already.
