Are you Flashing from DOS ?
Obviously the SLIC table is NOT getting updated properly with your current Flash method.
Flash the Original BIOS (Unmodified) from DOS with Awdflash (and recommended switches from my last post), clear CMOS and reset BIOS Default Settings.
Then flash the Dynamic Modified BIOS from DOS with Awdflash (and recommended switches from my last post), clear CMOS and reset BIOS Default Settings.
Then post a screenshot of the Advanced tab from SLIC Dump Toolkit.

ISA will most likely NOT work.
Try OEM7 and under advanced options for OEM7 tick force adjustment method and choose ACPITBL at End.
    That should work.
Or try SSV3 and in advanced options choose SSV3 ... Force Adjustment ... ACTPITBL at End.

You can try the ISA Mod you made but that method usually does NOT add SLIC 2.1 properly for these newer Gigabyte BIOS Updates.
