The flash freezes on both the Modified BIOS (SSv2 and SSv3) ? Have you tried to flash the unmodified bios?
Really Sorry for posting the same thing twice. The Motherboard is an Asus P5KPL VM/S extracted from a HCL System. HCL is a brand in India. The motherboard is exactly the same as Asus P5KPL VM and when I removed the sticker on the motherboard which had the model number(P5KPL VM/S) written on it, I found P5KPL VM printed on the motherboard underneath it. I used the Asus Update utility on Windows to back up the BIOS already flashed on my motherboard and I have posted the link to that in my previous post. I have also posted the link to the updated BIOS from ASUS in my previous post. I am unable to update my BIOS using DOS. I have tried using all the switches, but because the current bios is flashed with a different motherboard model, all ways to update the bios are not working. Thanks !
