    I would set bios settings to defaults Before flashing and then Clear CMOS and set Bios Defaults after Flashing.

    I could not talk my brother into Windows 7 yet and he wanted the option to upgrade to a quad core in the future. The new bios has that option. Plus now when he changes his mind to try W7 I will be one jump ahead of him.
