    Use HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool to make Bootable USB Flash. Remove any lines from config.sys file on USB flash.
    Copy MOD and ORIGINAL folders from FSC_MS7504VP-PV_V3.0L_A2_FSC21_Dynamic.rar file to USB Flash.
    Boot PC from USB flash and run flash.bat file from MOD folder.
    After reboot, use SlicDumpToolkit to check Slic in BIOS.

    Thanks for the feedback. I am glad that everything worked well.
    A few words about how to update the BIOS: after flashing a new BIOS is always necessary to set the default settings. And in some cases, to reset the BIOS settings the manufacturer recommends to use the jumper located on the motherboard.
