I modified the one that was linked in the Request, it is a Final Released BIOS, NOT a Beta. I just assumed it was still a beta, because I just did FC2 and FC3 recently and they were Betas. I'll update my OP to reflect that it is NOT a Beta.
Oh, duh, I didn't have it in the C:. So, I restarted after doing that, and the window came up after login and I clicked activate now or something like that, then it said activation was successful. But then in the lower right on the screen, I got a pop-up telling me that I have 31 days to activate windows. I am confused. [EDIT] It went away, just took a while (weird, but oh well).
