    You don't have to use either. You can download a Clean W7 ISO, Install, then use Windows 7 loader by DAZ to install certificate and serial. just make sure it installs the certificate that matches the SLIC table.

    It still does that automatically, IF it finds SLIC 2.1 already in BIOS.
    But Like I said above, it doesn't always Install the Correct Certificate because sometimes the SLIC used in a Mod is Not included in his Loader.
    Anyone that can Flash a BIOS from DOS is definitely capable of typing 2 DOS Commands in an Elevated Command Prompt and will be certain of using the proper Cert.

    Gotcha, and true. Anyways, back to topic. i wanna get started modding some bios's. using the AWARD Bios tool i was able to get a working SLIC 2.1 BIOS for my brother's Acer Acerpower S260, But at current i dont have enough posts on MDL to post links.....
