Thanks again, Roman - I mean I actually HAD to add the Z-switch to the command in DOS, to be able to flash it without checksum error warning for the first time. Code: flashspi.exe slic.fxy /C /D /E /Z THEN, AFTER I've updated the backup bios with the SLIC-bios as well, I could leave the z-switch away. I could guess, that without SLIC-modded bios in the backup bios area, you actually need to flash in DOS with that z-switch. That's an interesting thing for first time SLIC flashers.
