    Explain in detail, how you flashed bios - from DOS or Windows, what happens when you turn on your computer, there is either a light or sound indication ...
    Have you used the bootable USB stick (FAT32) for recovery ?
    Have you tried to reset the bios by jumper or removing the battery from the motherboard?
