    Thanks for your effort Serg008,
    but unfortunalty no change. Flashed with included Flash Utility, went smooth. Rebooted, BIOS went back to F3, restart and F4 showed up but still a blinking cursor after POST when pressing F12.
    Without pressing F12 is starts Windows as usual. Tried already to remove some hardware.
    Should I try to reset CMOS to default with the TouchBIOS utility and then try again?
    Before I had the P67A-UD4-B2 and I never experienced similiar problems.

    SLIC1 - FACS method
    SLIC2 - 0+2 method
    SLIC3 - OEM7 method

    So, for the original bios you have same problems? Wrote to Gigabyte's support - they will fix this bag.
