    ASUS Supplies AFlash to flash that BIOS, so I would use that.
    I would try it first without any Switches and see if it properly updates the BIOS with the Added SLIC info.

    just another short question, the g1sn mod on page1 of the All Slics 2.1 (Modded Bios List) thread, busykid508's mod was ssv3 too (i checked with the ami tools). i was going to try tt one next! count myself lucky for deciding to wait for your reply! :)
