    works a treat. great. best way to do this asrock board is:
    1. copy the dell.xrm-ms file in to system32/oem folder after installing your windows
    2. restart computer and press F6 for instant flash.
    3. select the slic.150 file to flash.
    4. wait for restart and press F2 to enter bios.
    5. reset to default settings and save & exit.
    JOB DONE!!
