    Some doubts about procedure to update bios in P8Z68-V Pro

    Manufacturer : ASUS
    -Model : P8Z68-V Pro
    -Bios Revision : 0801
    -Bios Type : AMI / UEFI ?
    -Bios SLIC : ASUS

    I've downloaded the original 0801 version of my motherboard from ASUS, actually I have 0706 modded version.

    I've used Phoenix tool 1.91 with the original 0801 version and created the modded version (the program say the procedure it's OK).

    Now, I have to flash the motherboard with the original 0801 version (from ASUS) and later flash with the modded version that I made it with phoenix tool ? Or directly flash with the modded version ?

    Why the people send it a backup bios of their PCs ? It's a backup of the previous modded version or a backup of the latest version without modifications ?
