    Boot the PC via pendrive, at the prompt type mod and press enter.
    When the process is finished, remove the pendrive and boot the PC, check the slic table with SLIC Toolkit v3.2.
    Post a screenshot of Advanced tab.

    Re-check with SLIC Toolkit, post the screenshot.
    Check the activation with the command slmgr.vbs -dli

    EDIT:
    I see in the screenshot you have Vista SP2 as OS, slic table 2.1 is good for Seven too .....
