Wow,thanks, man, that was quick.Mine mobo with memories ,ssd and cpu will arrive some time next week hopefully.Should have arrived week ago,but german online store i ordered bunch didnt had FX-8150 in-store.ETA tomorrow, will see.I write results back here.

Sidequestion....does this mobo in factory bios (dont knew what ones it might have),recognize FX-8150 at all?At least to extent to allow me flash bios.I have read net, some player having no-boot mobo due cpu simply not recognized. In that case i must send it to some local pc store for bios upgrade,as i dont have any Phenom II cpus at home.

I don't know. Check bios version before the mod flashing. It seems the better way for you - when Mobo arrived and CPU is recognized, make a bios backup and modify it (backup) with Slic 2.1.
    Good luck

Maybe you miss to install the OEM key ?

Post a screenshot of SLIC Toolkit, Advanced Tab.

Everything is ok, 7 should be already activated.

Open DOS window and launch this command: slmgr.vbs -xpr
