    The only difference is that one has an ASUS SLP.TXT in BIOS and one has HP.TXT SLP in BIOS.
    Both have HP SLIC 2.1 in BIOS.
    The Cert is a Vista HP Cert so IDK if that works on Windows Home Server.
    It does work for Vista and Windows 7.
