Yes, I flashed 3 times, AC86AA31_SLIC.rom, but it still showed Jetway's SLIC :(

AC86AA31_SLIC.rom filename is too long, it must be 8+3 digits.

    Try this repack:
    Jetway_AC86AA31_ASUS_SLIC_DYNAMIC.rar
    mediafire.com/?0ws838nldk0g3st

Flash from DOS using Mod.bat file.

    Confirmed working by wantons.

Taking the advice From Ipmark, I rename AC86AA31_SLIC.rom to a shorter name like ASUSSLIC.rom, then flash it again. Guess what! Everything works great now. Thank a lot! :yeah:

    You are the genius!

I tried yours and it worked great. I then tried 555LE's ROM file but I renamed it to ASUSBIOS.rom. It also worked.

    So both of yours work!!

What happened was that in the same directory, there are the original BIOS file, AC86AA31.rom, and the mod BIOS, AC86AA31_SLIC.rom. The DOS is stupid enough or smart enough that when typing

    AFUDOS
    AC86AA31_SLIC.rom /P /B /N

it actually picked up "AC86AA31.rom" and flashed it.

This is a good lesson learned.

    Thanks a lot! :worthy:
