The mod method IS dynamic, it's a typo error :)

I tried your mod and I think I bricked my board for the SECOND TIME!!!! :ranting::blowup::fuyou31: Just like last time, the BIOS flashed correctly but the system is now unable to restart!!! Same symptoms as last time. I will try all recovery methods possible...

In the meantime, if somebody could study the BIOS file carefully and find a way to mod it correctly for good. I'm getting tired!!!!!!!!!!:rifle::stretcher:

Yeah that's right!o_O But I never thought I could be hit twice. I had many BIOS modded here and I modded some myself with no problem whatsoever. And it seemed to me to be a simple AMI BIOS to mod not these new special EFI BIOS... Why is it so hard with this one???????

At least when I'll get a new chip, I'll have 2 spares. And I will now definitely use your advice. This way, I'll have 3 chips with the same BIOS. Unless something goes wrong this time with dessoldering and soldering...

I cannot use a floppy with a 4 MB BIOS file. Floppies are limited to 1.44 MB.

Are you at blank screen as before? and do you get an A prompt when booting a DOS boot disk?
