    Welcome buddy, I just used AMI Tool by andyp; method: SSV3/MMTool (+ Ignore Checksum).

    Your answer is very kind, thank you. I got a very different result using AMITool v1.62 and default settings (SSV3/MMTool + ignore checksum). I will see if I can locate v1.42 somewhere and try again.
