    I deeply apologize for the long wait. I wasn't able to get the motherboard until just recently.

    I flashed the BIOS with the supplied mod, inserted the cert and using the correct serial for Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit...IT WORKED!!!

    It worked perfectly, no problems whatsoever! Windows is fully activated!

    Don't know if this will help, but I flashed it using the Q-Flash option (I pressed DEL to enter BIOS and then pressed F8 if I am not mistaken. Had the mod in a USB stick and flashed from there).
