    Thank you soooo much. I believe the Remove WAT programs have been defeated recently, or the recent BIOS update renders it ineffective for this motherboard.

    dont forget to FixWAT and VOATK rearm 30day to get offline product activation working for slic... i got stuck with no activation 3 reboots before i found the way around it.
