    no, it's SLP module from one of new Asrock MoBo.
    This module is also used for the all new motherboards from Gigabyte (EFI).

    I used permanent mod like this: I flashed original Sabertooth P67 BIOS 3302 and after that Sabertooth P67 BIOS 3302 Permanent mod. Everything worked as expected. Thanks!
