    Welcome TO MDL these guys here will most certainly help you out, If i'm right virtualization will only be enabled in the bios if your CPU has the hardware virtualization instruction set, ie if you are running an amd athlon x2 6000+ then you will not get virtualization, AMD-Virtualizations are only enabled in the phenom x4 and newer cpu's.

    So which are you currently running

    I'm using an opteron quadcore socket AM2 CPU it have virtualization technology because in another board I can enable this option on the BIOS, but using ECS mobo this option is not available through the BIOS

    Structure (3 SLP modules from another MSI Mobo were inserted) + WINHEX (RSDT/XSDT table names were corrected).
