    Use the following to extract the files from dell bios (most are Phoenix)

    <DELLBIOS update program.exe> -writeromfile / -writehexfile / -writehdrfile

    Also -readgzfile makes it possible that the self extracting DELL BIOS update file
    uses another/ an external (gzip-ed) BIOS file for the FLASH process.
