    System works stable when non modified bios is used ?
    (may be it's a some drivers related problems ?)

    Flash an original (non modified) bios and check the "hardware" thoroughly...
    in case the all will be OK - the new (by use an another methods ) mod can be made :)

    Sorry but this one won't flash at all.
    Asus EZ Flash says : "Security verification failed" when I select the file o_O
