    no one knows how can I change the bios to get the parameters change ram (mhz) and cpu?thanks

    A million thanks to you Serg008, I´m very very grateful and happy now.. The later one called: ga-x58a-ud5_2.x_ff1_Slic21-SLP_SSV3 does work very well and I think it would have worked no matter if DOS or Q Flash, sorry good folks but I don´t have the cahones to try out flashing from within windows. Might try that on old board that is not to be used anymore but not for something I wanna use. Maybe I´m just paranoid though?

    ..anyway of course you were correct and new bios link to FF1 fixed it right away and yes indeed that one is 2MB in size as well. :worthy:
