    Thank you for your reply, unfortunately, the post referred to for "fixed" is actually for a link to the Maximus-V-Gene 1309 and *not* for the needed Maximus-V-Formula 1309. Also, did was the ACPI table insertion done by hand, or did you use the "dynamic" method via the PhoenixTool as I mentioned in my post? I ask because there are problems in the EFI BIOS with progressive ACPI table corruption when PhoenixTool (ver 211) is used.
