    Hi, is there a tool around that can unlock locked damaged/buggy ME region of SPI flash w/o h/w intervention? Notebook has a damaged and locked ME region. SPI W25Q64BV, ami-aptio insyde bios (efi insyde aptio bios). HMRFPO or smth. like this tool. ME locked on boot/POST.

    Why do you need dump? I need a tool to unlock ME in SPI flash, which has damaged/incompatible and locked ME f/w inside. Do you have a tool capable of HMRFPO after POST (in DOS/nix env.) or MBEx time execution? Or you could find it out somehow of a BIOS/dump? U need a ME, DESC or BIOS dump? Or SPI flash dump? Why do you need them/any? RCE MBEx?
    I just currently have a noteb bricked because of wrong ME flash which locked itself for further updates and stalls my CPU powers/throttles it somehow or race condition it that all the things incl BIOS setup so slow that can't be used appropriate. Its ODM's Pega B43
