    Hello, I had the same problem with my Asus X55VD-SX046H, i followed your steps but it doesnt work, can you please give me some help ?

    the latest version i have downloaded is     X55VDRAS.405, the screen is too dim to see anythink, only the power light lights up. There is no other response. i have usb drive and i don't how to handel the whole thing.
