    Hi there, quick note, i activated today exactly that: dell oem dvd, asus board, bios mod from here (see above posts, thanks to serg008), installed asus cert on win7, input asus oem key, et voila, everything is fine.
    Oh and also, it shows DELL logo, although i have no dell pc, i guess it shows the logo from the oem dvd you have ;) Just like you want to have it mate.
