I am not certain what permanent means in this context. That is why it worries me. I have big doubts about whether I should try it on such a new motherboard. The motherboard is not yet all fully checked out to verify it works and I'm still some way off until I can test some parts, having to purchase to do so. I've never used a permanent Slic Mod before and never had any problems.
