I see alot of bios mods lately called "permanent" can someone explain to me what is meant by that? I just had a bios modded yesterday, is it permanent?

    Thanks

if permanent, you can sew the original, slick will remain

Don't mean to be difficult but what do you mean "sew the original"?

    Thanks

Bios mod Post 47140 Maximus-V-Gene bios 1903 confirmed working!
Added personal info to Original Asus Bios 1903, and wrote with spi programmer, installed bios chip,
Booted computer (Win7 non-genuine), Tried EZ-Flash to flash this mod (post 47140), but got Security Validation Failed message, Flashed successfully with USB Flashback.
Checked, personal info intact, Bios Splash screen back, Win 7 Genuine, all seems working. Then updated ME Firmware. Reset Overclock, All running 100%
--Thanks for the Bios and Help.
