    Thank's for pointing me to the right direction. Very good info, I didn't know much about SLIC2.2, to be honest.

    I will return here to request a BIOS Mod after downloading a genuine Windows Server 2012 ISO image (I like to learn more about Active Directory, though).

    Картина такая - жмешь ВКЛ, пару раз моргает диод HDD и собственно все на этом (черный экран)
    Picture such - you press Power, the HDD diode and actually all on it (the black screen) few times blinks
