    Have you had any cracktivators installed or loader??

    Use the slicdump tool to see what it says. It is last ditch T/S, and not really a tool I usually recommend. It may give some clues though..:D:D

    Did you try using AFlash 2 ?
    Search these forums for it some people have had success using it on ASUS Notebooks.

    I did prier but i did a new install, but it was not from a CD rather it was from windows as a new installation. Deleted the Old Windows folder too. Would that be a reason?
