    Ok, I had to program the bootblock, then load defaults.

    So, afudos /iX58EX_1.40 /pbnc, then restart, got error, loaded defaults, now good! :)

    /pnc wasnt enough.

    boot squence is stopped

    Thank you for your reply.

    I update BIOS using AWDFLASH. After seeing 'successful' message, I restart pc.

    Although PC is up ( I see XPS logo and can enter the BIOS menu),
    boot squence stop when logo is disappeared.

    In the screen only blink '_' ( underbar ) is shown. I tried twice ( using another BIOS chip ) but same result. Is BIOS image broken ?

    I'm sorry my poor english.

    GA-P35-DS3L rev. 2 working. Someone asked about revision 1. The mod (F9 bios version) works on either revision, though mine tested on rev. 2.

    Gigabyte cert not needed. Cert needs to match the SLIC table. On mine, anyway, the table is set up for Dell and thus matches the Dell cert.
