    Glad to hear that it worked for you, though you can't flash the second (DualBios) BIOS chip since it's protected by a hardware restriction layer. P55 chipsets from GigaByte, like my P55-UD3, allow you to store passwords and notes in the second chip.

    Yes hi im trying to backup the bios on a sony vaio laptop but it keeps saying the bios is write protected anyone know how i can bypass the protection?
