    Thanks for the reply.

    This computer has a Windows Vista Business sticker on the top of the tower, and the BIOS is not a Dell BIOS but rather a really old AMI BIOS (Actually, Foxconn saved a few bucks by not paying licensing fees and shipping the board with a demo BIOS - it is really bare bones with very few options).

    The question is has this type of BIOS been properly modded before, because Dell seems to have done it improperly at the factory.

    This is permanent mod, so 1803 SLIC modded bios works perfectly after 1903 update.
