    Open as admin??? Do it from XP..
    right click and run as administrator..

    For f's sake.. I tried to do it in XP, and I managed to get the .exe to work and format the floppy, I guess, except in the very beginning at 1%, there was one thing that I had to Ignore, then the rest was fine.
    As I tried to open up the A:\ drive while in XP, it would just freeze up, and when I did it in 7, it would say that it needs to be formatted first, and that it's not a recognized file system.. >.<
