ok went and loaded everything to a dvd+r rebooted and waited for dos to do it's thing once settled typed "flash" went through a few steppes and said it was done rebooted went into bios menu seems like what i already had set up exactly(like the system kept my settings) . over all feel seems faster . curiosity what was done ?

how to check your bios version which installed while purchasing pc mine is Intel core 2 duo PC, Chip set D945GCNL 2004 year pc.
