Intel DH67CL BIOS/UEFI security freeze lock disable options..

    Hi,
I have a Intel DH67CL1 with latest BIOS v160 flashed. I have a new Intel 330 SSD(180GB) which I connected to the system, but gparted(hdparm) shows that the drive although is not locked, but shown "frozen"(Security Freeze). I have once secure-erased SSD and "unfreezed", but on next boot, BIOS again forced security freeze on the SSD drive. So, my only option is to remove the drive and reconnect after BIOS loads which is..impractical.
This BIOS has no advanced options to disable Security freeze lock settings. What are the options to disable Security Freeze lock which BIOS.
Is there a way to modify the BIOS(.BIO file) to add extra options including disabling Security freeze lock. this BIOS has a UEFI enable/disable mode. Intel seems to not provide any fix for this problem.
