    just run X551CA_SLIC_All.exe as Administrator (right mouse click - as Administrator

    I tried both

    AFUDOS 9A3A1054.ROM

    and also

    afudos 9A3A1054.ROM / p / b / c

    but it appears the error message:

    Error: File ROM ID incorrect

    how can I fix it?

    make backup of the BIOS
    Code:
    afudos BACKUP.ROM /o
    and upload BACKUP.ROM

    ok Now the bios has been flashed correctly with this command

    afudos BACKSLIC.ROM /x /p /b /n /c /reboot

    the slic is recognized as you can see from this screenshot and the certificate I've entered:

    View attachment 31271

    but when I try to activate the ultimate version of windows 7 with the product key Acer I get the error message:

    0xC004E003

    is the first time that happens to me; all the other times I've successfully enabled.
