    Thanks! I got the extracted file and renamed it as AMIBOOT.rom.

    Put in a blank usb pen drive, plug to the usb port( tried both), pressed CTRL+HOME (with a FN key), but seems no read to the usb pen disk(the LED is not flashing).

    anything I did wrong?

    I've tried from the bios (not from DOS).
    Is there a difference?
    Do you know why It brick my board?
    Btw ,don't worry, I've recovered the original bios with Afude 561.exe
