    AstroSkipper,

Now that's a new request. Can you advise why you'd want a non-permanent version? Most folks, me included, want the Mod to stick even if the OEM updates the Bios to fix other issues, certify newer CPUs, etc.

Can you advise why you don't want this Mod to stick. (Just curious )

non permanent mod must be flashed or by USB BIOS Flashback or by external flasher (hardware programmer)

Make a pure DOS bootable USB stick, copy AMIDEDOS.EXE to the stick, boot to pure DOS and type:
    Amidedos /DMS
(save current config to Config.dms file)

    amidedos /id "10/10/2014"
(set BIOS release date to 10/10/2014)

I'm not sure if I understand your statement. Some more explanations would be helpful especially with respect to the differences between permanent and nonpermanent slic mods and how to flash them. I thought the method of flashing a modded bios to my motherboard would be irrelevant. So I'm a little bit confused.

P.S. By the way the provided link contains a modded bios without any certificate.
