    At what stage the PC was freezed : during the execution of MOD.exe or after?
    BIOS flashing process has been finished successfully ?

    bios flashing has been finished successfully, pressed key as indicated and i rebooted,
    but then nothing.

    Are you able to enter the BIOS or boot any OS - WinPE or pure DOS (from bootable USB stick) ? (turn of the Power at first )

    neither enter the bios nor boot from bootable stick with WinPe on board ( no reaction) and always power off first.

    regards

    edit: the USB stick lightens 3 to 4 sec. then stops.
