    Sometimes you need to click on GO two or more times for it to work properly.
    I just did yours to test it, first attempt failed, second attempt completed Successfully.

    then after i pressed go and it says "SUCCESS" , what must i do next?
    which button must i press next?
    because till now my bios is still non-SLIC 2.1

    That's it, it's done.
    There should now be a file in the same folder as the original BIOS with _SLIC added into the name.
    That is the new BIOS with SLIC 2.1, you need rename that new BIOS file to 8 characters or less (e.g. SLICBIOS.BIN) and flash it from DOS.
