    As pointed out by SixKillerLV, you have to type the mane of the cert as it appears or you could just shorten the name of the included cert to Asus. Whatever it is it must exactly be as it appears in ur C: dir. If the cert is hawke1969.xrm.ms then you have to use slmgr -ilc C:\hawke1969.xrm.ms NOT ASUS even though it is an Asus cert.
