This motherboard comes with soldered bios chip, and while the PCB has the drawings for a second bios chip + selector jumper, they're both unpopulated, so I can't risk a brick, too hard to unbrick later. I would try if you had confidence in the board booting after the mod was flashed.
I do not have such confidence. It makes sense to try different mods (for these series motherboards) only if you have a SPI flash programmer (for bios recovery).
