As I mentioned in my earlier post, I tried installing Windows 7 Ultimate x64, but it freezes due to unavailable AMD 2400G drivers. I tried slipstreaming Windows 10 drivers and I tried disabling the internal GPU and inserting an external one, all unsuccessfully.
This seems to be a known issue, and no one knows if AMD will ever issue Windows 7 drivers.

This method worked for the older Ryzen chips, I actually used it for the Ryzen 1600x, the problem here is the GPU.
May be changing the brand from Dell to something else would work, this is a home built computer (no brand)

Yes, as well, but this software also caters for the older chip range, notice the release date.. the new chips were released in March and AMD has not released and software similar to this for the new chip range.
